We were known as Ambers law for over 6 years and we have built up a large following across the UK and in many parts of the world. We made a decision to change the name of the charity to Ambers Legacy after many months of deliberation. We decided that Ambers "law" would never see that change. This is due to various reasons but mainly that most young women show pre cancerous cells in their late teens/Early twenties and thankfully, these clear up of their own accord during changes within the cervix.
So we decided to devote our time and effort to the legacy that Amber has created and the lives she has saved and hopefully carries on saving.

Understanding Cervical Cancer
It’s good to talk
If you, a loved one, family member or friend has been affected by cervical cancer we have support information available to help and assist with support and advice.
Cervical cancer is cancer arising from the cervix. It is due to the abnormal growth of cells that have the ability to invade or spread to other parts of the body.
In the UK, you are automatically invited for cervical screening if you are between the ages of 25 to 64 and registered as female with a GP surgery.
