Amber's Legacy care about cervical cancer. Ambers Legacy care about all cancers.

Today we took place in a sponsored 5 mile walk in aid of prostate cancer from the Stadium of Light in Sunderland along the sea front and back.

Among the participants were Gary Bennett MBE and Mick Harford, two ex-professional footballers who have suffered from prostate cancer themselves.

As with virtually all cancers, early detection is essential and raising awareness is key.

Thank you to everyone who took part today and a special thanks to Michael Ganley for the refreshments afterwards at the Sunderland Fans Museum.
